Volunteer Agreement

This AGREEMENT, made and effective when all the parties have signed it, sets forth the terms and conditions between the signer below (“Volunteer”), and One Girl, Inc. (“One Girl”), a New York not-for-profit corporation.

Volunteer and One Girl agree to the following:

1. Volunteer seeks to volunteer his or her time, freely and without anticipation of compensation for charitable, civic, or humanitarian purposes to the non-profit organization One Girl.

2. One Girl agrees to provide Volunteer with such an opportunity to volunteer his or her time, which will not displace any regular employee.

3. The volunteer experience will be similar to training which would be given in an educational environment.

4. The arrangement is for the benefit of Volunteer.

5. One Girl derives no immediate advantage from the activities of Volunteer; and on occasion its operations may actually be impeded.

6. Volunteer is not entitled to employment at the conclusion of the arrangement.

7. Volunteer and One Girl understand that Volunteer is not entitled to wages or any other form of compensation for the time spent as a volunteer.
