Reflect, reconnect, and grow alongside like-minded women in this experiential workshop on self-leadership.
Join us for an evening of reflection, self-discovery, and connection as we explore what it means to lead ourselves from the inside out.
Many of us move through life reacting to old patterns, expectations, and beliefs without realizing how much they influence our choices, relationships, and sense of self. This experiential workshop offers an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and deepen your relationship with yourself through guided reflection, somatic practices, and meaningful conversation.
Together, we'll explore the nervous system patterns, inner child experiences, and limiting beliefs that may be shaping your life behind the scenes. Through guided visualization, gentle somatic movement, and self-reflection exercises, you'll gain greater awareness of the unconscious patterns that influence how you think, feel, and show up in the world.
You'll leave with a deeper understanding of yourself, practical tools to support greater self-awareness and self-trust, and a renewed sense of alignment as you move forward.
Whether you're navigating a transition, pursuing a goal, or simply craving space to reconnect with yourself, this workshop offers a supportive environment to reflect, grow, and connect with like-minded women. (And maybe you'll leave with an accountability buddy!)
Facilitated by Adele OuYang, Somatic Practitioner and Trauma-Informed Coach.
