Props will support you as you relax fully, releasing tension and inviting stillness. The final 15 minutes will immerse you in soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation. Boundaries Workshop with Portia Bajwa

An Empowered Approach to Boundaries: Learning to set and uphold interpersonal boundaries

In this workshop, you’ll learn a holistic approach to setting boundaries for yourself and with others. We will engage with two principles of effective boundary-setting, including an internal (or psychological) boundary, as well as executed boundary, and specific techniques for how to practice setting boundaries within a relationship. After learning the principles and skills associated with this empowered approach to boundaries, you will be guided along an exercise to explore your own inner boundary work as well as practice executing boundaries for real and imagined scenarios. Come prepared to learn, discover, and engage in reflection around this unique approach to setting boundaries that withstand inner and outer pushback.
