In order to be the change we want to see in the world, we need to know who we are. One Girl firmly believes that we can only know who we are by doing the work. During our full-day Leadership Training, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery, bringing you much closer to being the best version of yourself.

During the first half of the day, participants embark on a journey of self-inquiry and social awareness with the support of a small group of peers. In the latter part of the day, participants will turn their passions into an action plan for change. Learning how to overcome the challenges of starting your own campaign and hearing the ways to become a meaningful activist are the key themes for the afternoon.
