In order to be the change we want to see in the world, we need to know who we are. One Girl firmly believes that we can only know who we are by doing the work. During our full-day Leadership Training, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery, bringing you much closer to being the best version of yourself.

This event will pay homage, acknowledge, and celebrate some of the most exemplary and innovative women of the past, present and future- true groundbreakers in their respective fields.  Women who have made their mark on yesterday and today, and who will change the course of our future for the better, encompass and promote the ideals One Girl holds dear, and are the embodiment of what our inaugural luncheon is all about.
