AWSDA is an educational, non-profit organization dedicated to ending violence against women by providing training programs to self-defense instructors, as well as services for women to increase their knowledge of self-defense techniques and rape prevention.

National Women's Martial Arts Federation

An organization that exists to promote the involvement of women and girls in the martial arts. Their purpose is to share skills and resources, promote excellence in the martial arts, and encourage the widest range of women to train in the spirit of building individual and collective strength.

KRAV MAGA INSTITUTE

Women come to KMI to learn self-defense but leave with confidence, empowerment, and a sense of community. KMI offers Krav Maga self-defense along with group fitness classes; intensive seminars such as Resilience; and other martial arts, such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and mixed martial arts.
